Welcome to Klub zdravega Zivljenja in Športa Vida!
Established in 2022 in Tržič, our association is dedicated to improving the overall well-being of society by addressing the increasing health problems caused by sedentary lifestyles and unhealthy eating habits. Our mission is to raise awareness about the importance of active living and conscious nutrition while promoting healthier and more productive lives for individuals across all age groups.
Despite being newly founded, our team has long been involved in various voluntary health-focused initiatives. With a strong foundation of previous experience, we took the next step by officially becoming an association to pursue our goals on both national and international levels. Through seminars, meetings, and health programs, our members work tirelessly to share knowledge, collaborate with relevant institutions, and contribute to the promotion of healthy living.
The connection between proper nutrition, physical activity, and health is undeniable. In a world where technology and hectic lifestyles often overshadow healthy habits, we aim to bring attention to how nutrition and physical activity can prevent and combat health issues such as obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and certain types of cancer. Through education, we strive to help individuals understand the importance of nutrition and physical activity in maintaining long-term health, preventing diseases, and improving recovery rates.

Our Activities
To achieve our goals, we conduct research on public health issues and support other organizations in their research efforts. We actively participate in and organize educational programs, health campaigns, and training events to increase public knowledge about healthy living. Additionally, we work closely with policymakers to advocate for health policies that benefit society.
